About the Non-Profit
The Carleton CUSEC Society (CCS), founded in 2023, serves as the official representative of Carleton University at the Canadian University Software Engineering Conference (CUSEC) - a largest and longest student-led software engineering conference for students across Canada that has educated and inspired many for the last 22 years. The Carleton University has consistently had the largest delegation at CUSEC, with over a one-third of all attendees in 2023 & 2024. The CCS provides Carleton students with access to various CUSEC-related resources, helping them understand the benefits of the conference and facilitating connections among like-minded individuals.
The Carleton Blueprint took on the task of building CCS's website to increase awareness and share information about both CUSEC and how to contribute to CCS. With our goal to use tech for social good, the team created a dynamic and user-friendly platform while collaborating closely with CCS to understand their goals and requirements, ensuring the website not only provided essential information but also engaged and motivated students.
Our Solution
The Carleton Blueprint developed CCS website aims to share essential information about CUSEC, encourage students to join CCS, and motivate them to attend the conference while promoting skill development, personal advancement, and lively networking among Carleton's aspiring tech enthusiasts.

- About Us: An information hub for CCS and CUSEC, clarifying the purpose and benefits of the conference.
- Events: Details on networking events, resume rescues, and CUSEC information sessions hosted by CCS at Carleton.
- Membership Management: Information on available roles and an application portal for students interested in joining the club.
